We are officially in the middle of our forms release for Aug. 1, 2024. We have the drafts, we have the Comprehensive Guidelines and we have the webinars. So, let’s do a review of where you can find all of these resources.
Standard Forms Webinar
In this webinar, we show you the forms and discuss the changes, including why these changes were made. The webinar also includes scenarios to demonstrate how the forms would be filled out with varying facts.
2024 Forms Update Comprehensive Guidelines
When you watch our webinars, you will also see that a lot of it is referencing the 2024 Forms Update Comprehensive Guidelines document. In this document, we go through the major six forms and their changes, which coincide with the changes to the rest of the forms. We know there is a lot of information, but it all weaves together, so we wanted one central location to be able to learn about the changes and how they work together.
JustListed Blog
With all of the information, we also wanted a very top-level discussion about the forms in Forms Changes 2024: I Hear There are Some Forms Changes. You can find some basics not just about the forms changes, but what facilitated the changes from the NAR class action settlement in that article as well.
Forms
For all of the resources, you will want a copy of the forms in front of you. The webinar specifically is focused on the actual forms, so it will be helpful to pull up the draft forms while watching. You can find the marked-up versions for each form on their webpages, listed below.
We know if you have read our resources already, this may seem repetitive, but we want to make sure you’re provided with all the resources you need as we make this transition.
