Held three times annually and open to all members, PAR Business Meetings present the opportunity for member committees and the board of directors to analyze and formulate policies on issues affecting the industry and the association.

2026 Winter Business Meetings
The Winter Business Meetings will be held Monday, Jan. 26 through Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, at the Hilton Harrisburg.
Registration closes on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Register for the Business Meetings
If you are attending any portion of the business meetings, log into PARealtors.org and complete the registration form. You will then receive information on how to book your accommodations.

RSVP for Individual Meetings
After registering for the business meetings, RSVP for each in-person meeting you plan to attend. You will find all agendas, minutes and Issues Briefing Papers in the Meeting Center 10 days prior to the meetings.
Attendance and Removal Policy
PAR’s Board of Directors approved new attendance policies for the board and committees at the 2025 Spring Business Meetings.
The PAR Meeting Center will be used to track attendance. Members must RSVP in the PAR Meeting Center BEFORE the meetings to indicate whether they will or will not be attending a committee meeting and/or the board of directors meeting. Those who do not mark the reason for missing a meeting in the PAR Meeting Center PRIOR to the meeting will have an unexcused absence.
2026 Winter Schedule Highlights
Annual Local Association RPAC Luncheon
Monday, Jan. 26 at noon
PA RPAC will honor local associations for their 2025 fundraising efforts. Entrance is free to anyone who invested $99 or more in RPAC in 2025, but registration is required.

Installation of President Dean and the 2026 Leadership Team
Monday, Jan. 26 at 6:30 p.m.
Join us as we honor 2026 President David Dean and the Leadership Team in the Pennsylvania Ballroom of the Hilton Harrisburg.
Installation Celebration
Monday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m.
This ticketed event will feature dinner and dancing. Registration can be completed when registering to attend the business meetings.
Appraisal Modernization: Preparing Realtors® for What’s Ahead

Michelle Czekalski Bradley, Pennsylvania certified general appraiser and AQB Certified USPAP instructor, will discuss Appraisal Modernization: Preparing Realtors® for What’s Ahead.
PA RRC Luncheon
Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 12:15 p.m.
Join PA RRC as Javier Nichols, CEO of New Agent Handbook, as he presents “Supercharging Your Business with RPR: Part 2.” Discover how to dominate your local market, generate stunning reports, mine off-market inventory and the latest RPR features.
This luncheon is available for $25 for RRC members and $35 for non-members. Separate registration is required.

Board of Directors Meeting

A hybrid option is available for this meeting. Voting directors must RSVP in PAR Meeting Center to indicate how they plan to attend.
Overnight Accommodations
After registering to attend the meetings, you will receive an email with information on how to book your accommodations.
Those attending the business meetings can make reservations at the Hilton Harrisburg or Comfort Suites. The group rates are available until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
