About the Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement
The Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement (Form CBC) provides the buyer agent, transaction licensee or the subagent for seller to be paid by the listing broker.
Form CBC addresses compensation between brokers. If a buyer wants to ask a seller to pay part of the cooperating broker’s compensation directly, that could be negotiated as a type of seller concession in the revised Agreement of Sale.
