About the Tenant Agency Contract
The Tenant Agency Contract (Form TAC) is the exclusive agency contract for tenants’ agents. By signing this contract, the tenant agrees to be represented by the broker and no other. Neither side has an automatic right to terminate unless both sides negotiate that term into the contract.
