October 2022 Housing Report
Homebuyers continue to face limited inventory and median sales price increases in Pennsylvania, according to the most recent housing market report from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
Homes Sales Down Year Over Year
The October 2022 housing report shows sales are down 23%, compared to the same time last year.
Prices Have Increased Since 2021
Median sales prices have increased from the previous month and year over year. The median price for October 2022 was $210,132, up 9.5% from 2021.
