The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® publishes monthly statewide data on the housing market in Pennsylvania. Each monthly housing report includes information on trends in home listings, sales, inventory and months of supply for the commonwealth.

October 2021 Housing Report

Homebuyers continue to face limited inventory and median sales price increases in Pennsylvania according to the most recent housing market report from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.

Homes Sales Down Year Over Year

The October 2021 housing report shows sales are down 14.7% compared to the same time last year.

Prices Have Increased Since 2020

The median sales price for October 2021 was $192,582, up 9.9% from October 2020.
