The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® publishes monthly statewide data on the Pennsylvania housing market. Each monthly housing market report includes information on trends in home listings, sales, inventory and months of supply for the commonwealth.

February 2023 Housing Report

The median sales price rose since the previous month and since February 2022, according to the most recent report prepared for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.

Homes Sales Down Year Over Year

Homes sales decreased from 8,658 to 6,804, down 21.5% since February 2022.

Listings Down Over Last Three Years

Home listings decreased to 31,107 in February 2023. Down from 37,658 in 2022 and 42,641 in 2021.
