March 2024 Housing Market Report
Home sales in Pennsylvania jumped since last month but are down 10.5% since this time last year, according to the most recent report prepared for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
Median Sales Price Up Since 2023
The median sales price in March reached $224,757, up 10.5% since March 2023.
Listings Down Year Over Year
Although Pennsylvania saw an increase from the previous month, listings are down 11.2% since March 2023.
