May 2022 Housing Report
Homebuyers continue to face limited inventory and median sales price increases in Pennsylvania according to the most recent housing market report from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
Homes Sales Down Year Over Year
The May 2022 housing report shows sales are down 7.4% compared to the same time last year.
Prices Have Increased Since 2021
The median sales price for May 2022 was $211,192, up 12.8% from 2021.
