How to Become a Secondary Member

Have an active primary Realtor® membership
You must have an active primary Realtor® membership with a local association in another state.

Obtain a Pennsylvania real estate license
Complete the required Pennsylvania real estate education and pass the exams in order to apply for your Pennsylvania real estate license. Real estate licenses are issued by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.

Pay the one-time fee and annual dues
There is a one-time $100 fee for new members. Annual dues are $150 (January-December). Dues for the first year are prorated based on the month you join.

How do I become a secondary member of PAR?
If you have an active primary Realtor® membership with a local association in another state AND you have a Pennsylvania real estate license, you can add a secondary membership to PAR.
To become a secondary member of PAR, complete the contact form or call us at 800-555-3390. You will be directed to the person in charge of secondary memberships. Please have your membership identification/NRDS number and a credit card ready when you call.
How much does it cost to become a secondary member of PAR?

Is there an online application that I can use to join PAR as a secondary member?

If I am a secondary member of a Pennsylvania local association, will I have access to the Pennsylvania standard forms?
No. In order to gain access to PAR standard forms, you must have a secondary membership to Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
Do I need to join a Pennsylvania local association in addition to PAR to get the Pennsylvania standard forms?
No, you do not have to join a local Pennsylvania association, provided you maintain your membership in another state.
Can I access PAR standard forms using DocuSign or Dotloop?
Yes, log into your account as you normally would.
I don't have an account with Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition), what do I do?
You must contact Lone Wolf directly by calling 800-383-9805 to set up an account with them.
Do I pay a subscription fee to Lone Wolf?
No, PAR has a contract with Lone Wolf Transactions to provide this service for free for PAR members.
