    You must have an active primary Realtor® membership with a local association in another state.

    Contact us to begin the process. Please have your membership identification/NRDS number and a credit card ready for when we return your inquiry.

  • Pay the one-time fee and annual dues

    There is a one-time $100 fee for new members. Annual dues are $150 (January-December). Dues for the first year are prorated based on the month you join.
