Davenport is a former RE/MAX managing broker and agent and writes a monthly column on race and real estate for Inman News. Her doctoral research looked at some of the top 1,000 real estate agents in the U.S. and scientifically identified some key traits of top producers. Her groundbreaking research has been published in The Journal of Real Estate Education and Practice and she’s been featured in Forbes magazine, CBS, Realtor® Magazine and the Huffington Post.
