Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® members will have free access to PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) as a new member benefit beginning Jan. 1, 2022.
Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) was designed from the ground up specifically for today’s agents maximizing workflow efficiency while reducing risk. The advanced technology and a powerful user experience is all available online.
I received a message saying that I won’t have access to PAR electronic standard forms at the end of the year. Is that true?
No. PAR has approved the expense of providing free access to PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) beginning Jan. 1, 2022. You will not have to pay a fee to access the forms through Lone Wolf Transactions.
Why is PAR offering this benefit? I already have free access.
The National Association of Realtors® has offered access to the zipForm product for a few years. However, NAR is ending this benefit as of Dec. 31, 2021.
Starting Jan. 1, 2022, PAR will be offering the benefit.
What does this mean for PAR members?
PAR members will continue to have free access to PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) as a PAR member benefit.
How long will this benefit last?
PAR has signed a contract that covers the next three years (2022, 2023 and 2024).
How do I transition my existing account?
You don’t need to transition your account. Lone Wolf will automatically move your free access over to PAR’s account. If you have an active PAR membership (primary or secondary Realtor® membership), you have access to the software.
Do I need to set up a new account?
No. Your existing account will continue in its existing form. The only difference is that it will be PAR providing the benefit instead of NAR. You will not notice a change as a member.
Is PAR offering the Agent Edition or Broker Edition of Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) to its members?
PAR is offering the agent edition, which gives each member the ability to fully complete their transactions.
What’s the difference between the Agent Edition and Broker Edition of Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition)?
The Broker Edition offers an additional level of control for brokerages, including a broker dashboard, offer management and broker file review. If you are interested in exploring the Broker Edition, please reach out to Lone Wolf.
What about the additional services I get through Lone Wolf?
Nothing will change relating to add-ons like Mobile, MLS Connect and Digital Ink. If you, your brokerage or your local association currently provide these tools, you will be able to continue to add these to the free base product offered by PAR as you do today.
Why isn't PAR providing free access through other electronic forms vendors?
PAR’s research shows that 80% of our members use Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) for their electronic standard forms needs. In an effort to minimize disruption for members, the PAR board of directors voted to provide Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) to Pennsylvania Realtors® as a member benefit.
Can I still use another forms vendor?
Absolutely. PAR has active agreements with many forms software providers. You will continue to have access to PAR standard forms in those platforms.
If I don't currently use Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition), can I access them for free now?
All Realtors®, primary or secondary, have access to this member benefit.
What if my primary state association is not providing this benefit? Can I use the software for those forms?
You can use the forms software with any forms library you are able to access. This could mean local forms, brokerage forms or state forms. PAR is providing you the platform as a benefit, which you can use across all forms libraries.
