2024 Housing Market Forecast

Join NAR Chief Economist Dr. Lawrence Yun as he discusses the economy, the housing market and changes in the industry. PAR President Preston Moore will moderate questions following Dr. Yun’s presentation.

Dr. Yun oversees the National Association of Realtors® research group and supervises and is responsible for a wide range of research activity for the association, including NAR’s Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly participates in many economic forecasting panels, has testified before Congress and has appeared on financial news outlets.

He graduated from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park.
