PAR Celebrates Installation of 2026 Officers

Pittsburgh Realtor® David Dean was installed as the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® 103rd president, along with other 2026 officers, in Harrisburg this week. PAR Past President Kathy McQuilkin issued the oath of office to Dean and the officers. In her comments, McQuilkin acknowledged the role that the late Past President Janice Smarto played in encouraging Dean in his leadership journey.

Dean donned a cardigan sweater and sneakers to the theme song of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, before talking about the importance of being a good neighbor.

“As Realtors®, we are committed to being good neighbors to our clients by creating confidence and trust, showing them that we’re acting in their best interests,” he said. “We can carry those good neighbor traits to our association. Being a good neighbor in our organization fosters collaboration, strengthens our reputation and ensures our long-term support of our members.”

He also recognized two Realtors® who embody the spirit of being a good neighbor: PAR Past President Bette McTamney, who champions NAR’s Realtors® Relief Foundation, and RAMP Past President Michelle Senko, who has long championed RAMP’s Community Service Committee and is passionate about volunteering at the Women’s Center and Shelter in Pittsburgh.

A Realtor® with Howard Hanna Real Estate in Sewickley, Dean has been an agent for 22 years. He has been a member of PAR’s Board of Directors for more than 10 years and served as a PAR district vice president. In addition, he served on several state committees and chaired the Diversity Committee. In 2017, he was presented with PAR’s Realtor® Active in Politics Award.

Dean is a past president of his local association, the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. RAMP presented him with the Richard Stampahar Most Active in Politics Award.

Eric Rehling is president-elect of the state association. Rehling is the co-owner of RE/MAX Ready in Conshohocken and RE/MAX Preferred in Newtown Square and Malvern and is a member of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors®.

Heather Petrone-Shook is PAR’s first vice president. She is an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach in Philadelphia and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®.

PAR’s Treasurer is Tiffanie Bailey-Romey. She is the broker/owner of BAIRO Real Estate and is currently serving as president of her local association, the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors®.

PAR’s 2025 President Bill Lublin gave parting remarks as his presidency came to an end. Lublin thanked those who helped make his year a success, including PAR CEO Mike McGee, the PAR staff, the district vice presidents, task force chairmen, vice chairmen and members; the chairs, vice chairs and committee members; PAR’s advocacy team, his leadership team of David, Eric, Heather and Tiffanie and the local association executives.

“I hope at the end of my time here, with your help and your work, we have a really well-aligned, financially stable, forward-thinking association that I know is in good hands in the coming years and will continue to be in good hands because of all of you, your hearts, your minds and your commitment to this organization,” he said.

Lublin is the CEO of Century 21 Advantage Gold in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Bucks County Association, Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Association. In addition, he is a National Association of Realtors® director and is on the boards of both Bright MLS and CRMLS.

District vice presidents installed during the ceremony were: District 1, Stephanie Biello, Greater Philadelphia Association; District 2, Michael Maerten, Tri-County Suburban Realtors®; District 3, Dayna Gray, Bucks County Association; District 4, Jason Burkholder, Reading-Berks Association; District 5, Terry Solomon-August, Luzerne County Association; District 6, Tamra Peroni, Realtors® Association of York and Adams Counties; District 7, Dawn Avery, North Central Penn Board; District 8, Douglas Meagher, Cambria-Somerset Association; District 9, Mark Kibbe, Greater Erie Board; and District 10, Julie Sebock, Beaver County Association.
