Tiffanie Bailey-Romey serves as the 2026 treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and has served on PAR’s Board of Directors for five years. She has served on numerous PAR committees, work groups and task forces and is a graduate of LeadershipPAR.
Tiffanie served as the president of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors® and is the founding and long-standing chair of the association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
A Realtor® for more than two decades, Tiffanie is the broker-owner of BAIRO Real Estate, with offices in Pennsylvania, New York and Georgia. She is also a real estate educator, teaching pre-licensing, broker and continuing education courses in the Pocono region.
In addition, she is a graduate of York College of the City University of New York and DeVry Institute of Technology. She is also deeply engaged in philanthropic initiatives both locally and internationally.
