Bill Lublin

Bill is the CEO of CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold in Philadelphia, which serves Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He’s known across the country as a technology expert and he founded the Social Media Marketing Institute to help real estate professionals engage in social media in a safe, ethical and effective manner. His company has re-written NAR’s e-PRO certification program twice.

Bill has served numerous times as a PAR director. He is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors® and serves as a NAR director. He also serves on the boards of both Bright MLS and CRMLS.

Bill is a NAR trained Professional Standards instructor and teaches the CRB courses, GREEN course, the SRS designation course and the Certified Real Estate Team Specialist certification.
