The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® held installation ceremonies this week. Bill Lublin, a Philadelphia real estate broker, became the association’s 102nd president. National Association of Realtors® President Kevin Sears administered the oath of office to Lublin and noted that Lublin has a long history of volunteering at the national association.
Lublin, a Realtor® for more than 40 years, is the chief executive officer of Century 21 Advantage Gold in Philadelphia and owner of Lublin Corporation Realtors®, a property management firm.
During his speech, Lublin noted, “Words can hardly express the gratitude and humility I feel standing before you tonight as the 2025 President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.”
He continued, “Our strength lies in our unity. The local, the state, and the national aren’t separate entities; they are interconnected parts of a powerful whole. We need all levels to support each other to achieve proper balance and reach our full potential. When the local associations thrive, the state association flourishes.”
He added, “When the state association is strong, we amplify our voice on the national stage. Leadership in our industry progresses from local to state and national levels, allowing local and state associations collectively to have the power to influence state and national-level policies.”
Lublin has served on PAR’s Board of Directors numerous times, chaired the Professional Standards Committee and was recognized for his significant contributions to the Realtor® organization with PAR’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015.
He is a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors®, Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and previously served as president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®. He was the recipient of GPAR’s Boyd T. Barnard Award in 1998.
Lublin founded the Social Media Marketing Institute to educate professionals about social media. He is a licensed real estate educator who travels to many countries and across the U.S. to teach classes on real estate, technology, social media, professional standards and mediation.
Sears also installed PAR officers: President-Elect David Dean, First Vice President Eric Rehling and Treasurer Heather Petrone-Shook. Also installed were the district vice presidents Stephanie Biello (District 1), Vince Range (District 2), Dayna Gray (District 3), Alexa Sanchez (District 4), Terry Solomon-August (District 5), Glenn Yoder (District 6), Dawn Avery (District 7), Louann Hoffman (District 8), Mark Kibbe (District 9) and Jim Jarrett (District 10).
