Box
PAR Association Services Manager Courtney Box was named to City and State’s Forty Under 40 and honored at a ceremony this week in Harrisburg.
Others on the list included state Reps. Ryan Bizzarro, Austin Davis and Jennifer O’Mara also made the list.
Box, who has been with the association for more than seven years, is responsible for managing five local associations and three multi-listing services. “I feel very honored to have the opportunity to be a part of a group of so many accomplished young adults,” she said. “I work hard to be a strong, knowledgeable leader for my associations and their members day in and day out. A majority of that work is behind the scenes, so I am very deeply appreciative for the recognition.”
Box said her drive for knowledge is what has set her up for success. “I consider myself a perpetual learner. I have always been very driven and hungry for knowledge, especially in this industry that is ever-evolving. I hope to continue to embrace this desire and diversify my skill set by continuing to learn and obtain additional professional designations. I received my RCE designation in 2020 and that has been something that has motivated me to continue to work towards obtaining other designations. These designations include education that allow me to be a better leader for my members and a strong resource for my colleagues,” she said.
PAR CEO Mike McGee said, “Courtney is a great asset to the PAR team. Her passion for her job is evident every day. We are proud that she is being recognized on a larger scale.”
Box is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a degree in corporate communications and has earned the Realtor® Certified Executive designation.
