Courtney Box, RCE

Courtney Box is the director of association services for PAR. In her role she is responsible for managing the annual reporting and compliance process for NAR Core Standards, providing training for local association executives and staff specialists regarding PAR policies and structure, leading the development of state specific resources to assist local associations in the delivery of products and services and is the point of contact for local association management inquiries. She also serves as the executive officer for the Allegheny Valley Board of Realtors®, the Elk Cameron Board of Realtors®, the Greater Allegheny-Kiski Area Board of Realtors®, the Realtors® Association of Westmoreland, Indiana and Mon Valley, and the Warren County Board of Realtors®.

Courtney is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a degree in Corporate Communications. In 2022, she was named to the City and State Forty Under 40 List. She has also earned the RCE (Realtor® Certified Executive) designation as well as the At Home With Diversity Certification from NAR.
