Real Estate Fundamentals
About this Course
Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.
There will be a final exam on the last day.
Course Dates: Sept. 1, 8, 14, 22, 28
You may pack a bagged lunch for your lunch break or grab fast food at nearby locations, and we have vending machines for snacks and drinks.
Required book: Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 15th edition (available at the school and on Amazon)
