Realtor® Magazine recently named the 50 young real estate professional finalists in the running for the annual 30 under 30 contest, and three Pennsylvania Realtors® made the list.
Athens’ Sean Anthony, Harrisburg’s Jordan Collier and Philadelphia’s Francis Mangubat each snagged a spot on the list for their dedication and passion for the industry.
“Buying a home is by far the biggest investment someone will make in their lifetime and while that comes with a lot of responsibility, I love easing any concerns and fears so they are excited about the journey we’re about to take together,” said Collier, a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Harrisburg. “Being a Realtor® is an honor in and of itself, therefore being named one of Realtor® Magazine’s top 30 agents under 30 in the country would bring immeasurable happiness to my community and me.”
Collier has been a Realtor® for nearly four years. “Nearly anyone can be a real estate agent, but it takes a different caliber of person to be a Realtor® and to be held by a Code of Ethics. Similarly, I try to run my business with the same philosophy of not just doing what is required, but by going the extra mile,” she added.
Anthony has been a Realtor® since 2015, but only started doing it full-time in mid-2016. “Time isn’t money, time is your life, and you only have one of those, so spend it wisely. In every relationship I have ever made, whether that was business or personal, I always focused on providing more value and attention to that person than I ever expected to receive in return,” said Anthony. “We have so many good ideas that run through our heads daily, we just need to focus on executing on these ideas, too often we overthink and never do, stop thinking and just go for it.”
“My true happiness was discovered when I found my why, and that was to help others achieve their dreams,” added Anthony.
Mangubat has been in real estate for close to three years. “My favorite part of being a Realtor® is definitely the dynamic schedule of doing something different every single day and coming up with custom, creative solutions for different clients,” he said.
Voting opens today at 1 p.m. and closes at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 22. You can vote once a day for each finalist. Judges select 29 of the finalists, while the finalist with the most votes will be named the Web Choice Award winner.
