About the Residential Lease
Residential Lease (Form RL) is a plain language lease for residential property that contains certain language and notices, some of which are legally required, while others are designed to educate landlords and tenants (and their agents) about the Pennsylvania Landlord and Tenant Act and other laws affecting residential rentals.
