Taylor is associate counsel for PAR. In this role, she serves as the staff liaison to the Legal Action Committee and answers members’ inquiries on the PAR Legal Hotline.
Taylor is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and Duquesne University Law School, now named Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. Prior to joining PAR, Taylor worked as in-house counsel for the Pennsylvania State Education Association. She also spent four years in private practice, where she was a solicitor for local school districts and municipalities. In 2025, she was named a “Woman to Watch” by the Central Penn Business Journal, honoring women leaders, age 35 or younger, who display outstanding professional acumen, community involvement, and commitment to positive change.
When not at PAR, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
