Homes and buildings are built on them. Communities thrive on strong foundations. Solid foundations help professionals achieve their goals.
And, PAR strives to support every Realtor® with the tools they need to build their own solid foundations.
But, we all know the real estate industry is rapidly changing. As business professionals, we work to adapt to meet the changing industry. PAR is adapting too and ensuring we continue to provide valuable tools and services.
That’s why I’m so excited to share PAR’s exciting new brand. We believe this new brand gives the association a clean, modern look that will take us into the future, while reinforcing the foundational value and services you’ve come to expect from PAR.
The new PAR logo features Pennsylvania’s recognizable keystone framing a keyhole, which symbolizes the final step in the real estate transaction.
PAR’s brand reflects the critical role Realtors® play in helping consumers realize their aspirations of owning a home or a business property. Consumers can focus on their dreams, while Pennsylvania Realtors® are the key to making those dreams a reality.
YOU FOCUS ON YOUR FUTURE. WE’LL HELP YOU GET THERE.
PAR’s new tagline speaks to each of PAR’s audiences, whether it’s our 37,000 Realtors® who look to the association for the resources, information and tools they need to create a successful business, or the 39 local associations, who provide vital services to Realtors®, or consumers who rely on Realtors® to realize their dreams of buying or selling homes or commercial properties, or lawmakers who write policies affecting the real estate industry and private property.
PAR’s foundational resources like standard forms and the PAR Legal Hotline, help Realtors® accomplish their goals. These business resources are the building blocks that help Realtors® lay the groundwork to be successful. And while you are doing you, the association continues to advocate in Harrisburg on behalf of you and your clients to ensure that our elected leaders continue to understand the critical role real estate plays in our economy and our communities.
I think you’ll agree that this new brand identity reflects the association and how it supports the vital work Realtors® do on a day-to-day basis, while working to meet the needs of their clients.
