Access to PAR Standard Forms is generally reserved for members of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. However, you can gain access by becoming a member or purchasing the forms library through a third-party vendor.
How to Access PAR Standard Forms
Members can access PAR Standard Forms directly on PARealtors.org, through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) or by using their preferred electronic forms vendor.
TIP: Your PARealtors.org account is the key to accessing forms. Keep your email address up-to-date and have your password available to avoid interruptions.
Gain Access to PAR Standard Forms
If you are not a member of PAR, follow any of the following steps to gain access to PAR Standard Forms:
- Join PAR as a secondary member.
- For one-time access to PAR Standard Forms, purchase access to the forms library via a third-party vendor. Forms libraries can only be purchased as a whole. Individual forms cannot be purchased.
- Join PAR as an affiliate member.
