Chris Raad, a third generation Realtor®, is serving as the 2021 president of PAR. In 1999, Chris joined his family business, Harvey Z. Raad Realtors® in Allentown. He then became the broker-owner following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
A past president of his local association, the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors®, Chris also served on their board of directors for seven years. He has been a member of the PAR and NAR board of directors,along with being an RPAC major investor,since 2015.
Outside of real estate, he was selected as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2016 by the Lehigh Valley Business Journal.
Chris and his Realtor® wife Gretchen are the proud parents of their 1-year-old daughter, Stella.
The listing agent may want to quickly advertise that the property has “sold” or is now under contract.
