General Module
About this Course
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all salespersons to complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2026-2028 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed between Dec. 1, 2025 and Nov. 30, 2027. The General Module is one of the required courses.
This course provides salespersons with a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. Real Estate Professionals will learn: the duties of licensees; closing costs for buyers and sellers; the Agreement of Sale and addenda; title reports; agency relationships; and zoning and environmental concerns.
