PAR’s Kevin Juliano Named to City & State PA’s Forty Under 40

PAR Chief Growth Officer Kevin Juliano was named to City & State’s Forty Under 40 this week.

Juliano has been with PAR for 10 years. His previous roles at the association included social media manager, digital media manager and digital director. He has worked on PAR’s website, social media, email, communications and in collaboration with other departments.

In 2022, Juliano was promoted to his current position as chief growth officer, in which he works in member experience, IT infrastructure support, data, marketing and the association’s solutions center.

During the COVID pandemic, Juliano earned his Certified Association Executive certification, which marks an individual’s demonstrated knowledge of association management. He went on to earn his Realtor® Association Certified Executive designation, a designation for Realtor® association executives who are goal-oriented, driven, experienced and committed to professional growth.

“I’m really thankful to PAR for supporting me through those continuing education efforts to enhance my job and further benefit our members,” Juliano says.

He has been a member for three years on the National Association of Realtors® communications committee. This year, he serves as the vice chair for NAR’s communications directors group, advocating for association staff. In 2024, he will serve as the chair of the group.

“It’s nice to be recognized alongside a powerful organization in the commonwealth as we continue to advocate for Realtors® and their clients,” Juliano says of his Forty Under 40 selection.

Juliano is a graduate from Elizabethtown College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate communications.
