Amy Benzinger, GHAR Realtor®, Makes NAR 30 Under 30 Finalists

The National Association of Realtors® recently announced their list of 50 finalists for their 30 Under 30 list. While judges will select 29 of the final 30 honorees, voting opens today at 1 p.m. for the Web Choice Award and a guaranteed spot on the 30 Under 30 list. 

Amy Benzinger, a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors® and a Realtor® with Joy Daniels Real Estate Group, made NAR’s list of finalists.  

“I am so honored to be nominated as a finalist for NAR’s 30 Under 30 awards,” Benzinger says. “I am fortunate to have an amazing support system in my life. My husband Brett, family and real estate team truly are the foundation of my success.” 

“When I transitioned from a special education teacher into a real estate professional, I knew three things that transferred from education that would be important when starting my new journey,” she shares. “Show up every day and be consistent. Treat others the way you want to be treated. And follow through with your word. These transferable skills have been simple daily reminders while growing my real estate business. They have led me to immeasurable client relationships, a Rookie of the Year award within my brokerage last year and the confidence to keep learning and growing.”

NAR celebrates the finalists’ “grit, tenacity and ability to move with grace through change and their commitment to excellence,” as well as their engagement with their local, state and national associations, and their contributions to their local communities. The 30 Under 30 finalists are applauded for their impact both inside and outside the real estate industry.

The final 30 Under 30 honorees will be featured in Realtor® magazine in June. Voting for the Web Choice Award closes on Wednesday, April 9, at 1 p.m.
