Updates to Commercial Standard Forms
The Standard Forms Committee formed the Commercial Forms Task Force in 2025. The task force has been gathering feedback and working to update a variety of commercial standard forms.
When reviewing the drafts, please remember:
- The RED language in the form is new language.
- The BLUE language is language that existed in the form but has been moved.
- These are drafts, so the formatting and line numbers have not been updated. Please focus on the substance of the drafts.
How to Provide Feedback
These draft forms were created from previous feedback and conversations. Before the changes are voted on by the Standard Forms Committee, the task force is seeking feedback from commercial practitioners. Please take the time to review the drafts and provide feedback.
