Single Agency Addendum to Business Relationship and Listing Contracts
Amends the Listing and Buyer Agency Contracts for brokers whose office policy is single agency or whose office policy does not allow the same designated agent to represent both the buyer and the seller as a dual agent.
Remember that more disclosure is usually better than less disclosure, and that disclosing items during a transaction is likely to be less risky (and far less expensive) than explaining the lack of disclosure in a deposition after the transaction.
