The Sale & Settlement of Other Property Contingency Addendum to Agreement of Sale (Form SSP) makes the Agreement of Sale contingent upon Buyer selling and settling on Buyer's property. It gives Seller an opportunity to approve offers Buyer gets on Buyer's property.
