About the Buyer’s Reply to Inspections/Reports or Written Corrective Proposal

The Buyer’s Reply to Inspections/Report or Written Corrective Proposal (Form BRI) is used to notify the seller of the buyer’s choice to accept the property or renegotiate the agreement.
