Justin Capouellez is the southwest political field representative. In this role, Justin works with four Realtor® Associations throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, providing government affairs and grassroots advocacy.
Justin is a top recipient of Realtor® Party grants from the National Association of Realtors®. Grants are typically used to fund smart growth initiatives, diversity events and housing opportunity projects. In 2023, Justin was selected as 1 of 4 field representatives nationally to receive the Transforming Neighborhoods grant. View the report and presentation.
In previous roles, Justin won 80% of his races as a political consultant, assisted the PA Delegation at a National Convention, briefed two embassies about Pennsylvania politics, and has experience running for public office.
Justin obtained a master’s degree in communication from Queens University of Charlotte and a bachelor’s and associate’s degree in psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
