Billie Jo Lake

Billie Jo is the Finance Manager for PAR, where she monitors the day-to-day financial operations of the association. She is responsible for the processing, distribution, reporting and closeout of state/national Political Action Committee contributions.

Billie Jo has over 25 years of experience in accounting, business management and computer networking, with the past ten years’ focus on non-profit accounting. Prior to joining PAR, Billie Jo worked for the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, The Foundation for Enhancing Community and the Jewish Community Foundation.

Billie Jo is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She has an associate's degree in business management and a computer networking certificate. She is also a Pennsylvania Notary.
