Troubleshoot Login Issues

If you are having trouble logging into, try the following steps to fix the issue.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
  • If you are still experiencing issues, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

If you are still experiencing issues logging in on Safari or Chrome, you may need to disable a setting that is enabled by default. Follow these steps:


  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click the “Safari” menu and choose “Preferences” (or “Settings”) and then select the “Privacy” tab.
  3. Disable the “Prevent cross-site tracking” setting.


  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the window to customize and control Google Chrome. Select “Settings” and then select the “Privacy and Security” tab.
  3. In the Privacy section, select “Third-party cookies.”
  4. Ensure “Allow third-party cookies” is enabled and disable “send a ‘Do Not Track’ request with your browsing traffic.”

Still Can’t Log In?

After completing the above steps, if you still cannot log into, there may be an issue with your contact record. Contact the Solutions Center to ensure your account information is up-to-date.
