As of Jan. 1, 2022, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® members have free access to PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) as a member benefit.
Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) was designed for today’s agents to maximize workflow efficiency while reducing risk.
Getting Started with zipForm
PAR members can access PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) for free as a member benefit.
- New users: activate this member benefit and create an account. Start using zipForm today.
- Existing zipForm users do not need to transition their accounts or create new accounts.
Forms Libraries
Members can use zipForm to access any forms library they are eligible to access. This could mean local forms, brokerage forms or state forms. PAR provides the zipForm platform as a member benefit, which can be used across all forms libraries.

Agent Edition vs. Broker Edition
PAR provides the agent edition of zipForm, which gives each member the ability to fully complete their transactions.
The Broker Edition offers an additional level of control for brokerages, including a broker dashboard, offer management and broker file review. If you are interested in exploring the Broker Edition, reach out to Lone Wolf.

In an effort to minimize disruption for members, the PAR board of directors voted to provide Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) to Pennsylvania Realtors® as a member benefit.
Using Another Forms Vendor
Members can continue to use any electronic forms provider they choose. PAR has active agreements with many forms software providers. You will continue to have access to PAR standard forms on those platforms.
