How to Become a PAR Member

Back to Resources

There are a variety of ways to become a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® to access member benefits.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Agents

When real estate licensees join a Realtor® brokerage and pay their dues, they become members of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.

Become a licensed real estate agent by completing the required training and exams.

Secondary Membership

Realtors® with an active primary membership with a local association in another state can become secondary members of PAR. Obtain a Pennsylvania real estate license and then contact us to begin the secondary membership process.

Pennsylvania has reciprocal licensing agreements with some states. Real estate licensees in these states can obtain a reciprocal license without additional education or testing requirements.

Affiliate Membership

Non-real estate licensees can purchase an affiliate membership to gain access to the PAR Standard Forms library.

If you are interested in joining as an affiliate member, contact us and include your office name and mailing address.

Member Benefits: Members have exlusive access to the standard forms library, member savings and more. View member benefits.
