Philadelphia Real Estate Broker to Serve as the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® 2025 President

LEMOYNE, PA – The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® installed Bill Lublin, a Philadelphia real estate broker, as its president during a ceremony in Harrisburg this week.

Lublin, a Realtor® for more than 40 years, is the chief executive officer of Century 21 Advantage Gold in Philadelphia and owner of Lublin Corporation Realtors®, a property management firm.

A strong advocate for professional education, Lublin founded the Social Media Marketing Institute, which was created to educate professionals about social media. He was selected to rewrite the National Association of Realtors®’ e-PRO certification course, which received the Real Estate Educator’s Association award for best educational program in 2011. He is also a licensed real estate educator, traveling to many countries and across the U.S. teaching classes on real estate, technology, social media, professional standards and mediation.

Lublin has served as a member of PAR’s Board of Directors numerous times and chaired the Professional Standards Committee. He was recognized for his significant contributions to the Realtor® organization with PAR’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015.

He is a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors®, Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and previously served as president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®. He is the recipient of GPAR’s Boyd T. Barnard Award in 1998.

At the national level, Lublin is a member of NAR’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Multiple Listing Service Issues and Policies Committee and the MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board. He is also on the board of directors of the California Regional Multiple Listing Service and previously served on the Bright MLS board.
