Lansdale Realtor® Receives State Realtor® Active in Politics Award

Lemoyne, PA – Richard Strahm of Lansdale was recently presented the Realtor® Active in Politics award by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® in Harrisburg. The award recognizes a Realtor®’s significant political involvement to advance PAR’s legislative and homeownership agenda. Strahm is the broker/owner of American Foursquare Realty in Lansdale.  

Strahm is a member of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors®. He is an active member of the Suburban Realtors® Alliance and served as its chairman of the board from 2020 to 2021. He is also an active member of the organization’s RPAC Fundraising Committee. 

He serves on PAR’s Legislative Committee and is a previous member of the association’s Legislative Forum. He is also a state political coordinator for Sen. Maria Collett and Rep. Steve Malagari. He regularly attends congressional events at both the state and national levels and volunteers for political campaigns.

Additionally, Strahm has been an active member of the Lansdale borough community for many years. He served on the Lansdale Borough Economic Development Committee, the Discover Lansdale Board of Directors and the borough’s Business Improvement District Steering Committee.
