Bucks County Realtor® Named Realtor® of the Year

Lemoyne, PA – Bucks County Realtor® Christopher S. Beadling was presented the Realtor® of the Year award by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® this week in Harrisburg. The award acknowledges meritorious contributions to the real estate community.
The managing partner and broker of record for Quinn & Wilson, Inc. Realtors® in Jenkintown, Beadling has been a Realtor® for more than 20 years. He teaches Realtor® ethics courses and has taught technology best practices at the national level. He also developed a real estate technology company, which he later sold.
He is currently serving as the National Association of Realtors® Region 2 vice president representing Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and is a member of the NAR Board of Directors. He is NAR’s 2026 MLS & Data Management Liaison and is the past chair of NAR’s Federal Technology Policy Committee. In addition, he is a graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy.
In 2022, Beadling served as the president of PAR. At the state association, he has been an active member of the board of directors for more than 10 years. In addition, he was a member of numerous committees and task forces, including the Finance, Legislative, Screening, and Strategic Oversight committees. He was a founder of the Pennsylvania Young Professionals Network.
He is a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors®, where he was the president in 2014. He served as chair of the Suburban Realtors® Alliance Board of Directors, an industry and consumer advocacy organization, in 2015.

Beadling received his MBA from LaSalle University and his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University, where he served as president of the Alumni Association.
Beadling was the president of two local rotary clubs and was the chair of Bucks Beautiful, a local nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for community beautification projects.
