Making Diversity Work in Your Real Estate Business

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, Tri-County Suburban Realtors®, the Bucks County Association of Realtors® and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors® are partnering with four local chapters of these national multicultural real estate organizations: Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) for Making Diversity Work in Your Real Estate Business.

This first-of-its-kind event will feature two keynote speakers, a panel discussion, networking opportunities, a reception and more. The featured panel will include leaders from each multicultural real estate group who will each share a history of their organization, the state of housing for the communities they serve and how Realtors® can best support and advocate for those clients.

Harrison Beacher

Harrison Beacher

Harrison Beacher, a D.C. native, transitioned from D1 football to real estate as managing partner of Coalition Properties Group. With his two partners serving the D.C. metro area, they’ve closed $750 million+ in sales, with more than 80% of their business coming from referrals. Beacher’s leadership spans local, state and national Realtor® associations. He is a national speaker and coach. 

Chad Lassiter

Chad Dion Lassiter, executive director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, is a national expert in the field of American race relations. At the PHRC, he has developed and launched the PHRC Civil Rights Outreach Division to address civil tensions, conflicts and incidents in communities across the commonwealth and promote anti-racism through education and outreach, including a “No Hate in Our State Town Hall” to address the surge of White Nationalism in Pennsylvania.

Jose Correa

José Correa

José Correa is the founding president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Philadelphia Chapter. Correa was raised in Cali, Colombia, before coming to the U.S. at age 13. He served in the U.S. Army during the war with Iraq. He is the team leader of a bilingual team with Keller Williams Real Estate in Philadelphia. He is also a KW military ambassador and a productivity coach. 

S. Dave Hudson

S. Dave Hudson is the president of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Board of Realtist and the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). He is the broker/owner of Super Realty Group LLC, one of the largest black-owned, non-franchise, real estate offices in the city of Philadelphia with 40+ agents. This West Philadelphia native teaches monthly first-time homebuyer classes, investor classes, credit repair classes and building generational wealth seminars.

Mon Kramer

Mon Kramer (they/them) is the president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance’s Eastern PA chapter. They are a real estate broker and fair housing advocate in Philadelphia. Since founding Move with Pride in 2022, Kramer has helped clients buy and sell homes with confidence and security. Recognized as a top producer by Philadelphia Magazine, they’ve earned Keller Williams’ top agent awards in 2022 and 2023, and in 2024, they ranked #3 in sales volume and #4 in units sold at KW Empower in Philadelphia. 

Benjamin Wong

Benjamin Wong is the president of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Greater Philadelphia chapter. He is a residential and commercial agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors®. He was named a 2023-2024 AREAA A-list Top Producer, awarded the 2023 BHHS Presidents’ Circle Award and named a 2023 Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers.
