LeadershipPAR
Through this program, PAR identifies emerging Realtor® leaders throughout the state and assists them in developing their leadership skills in the hope they will exert a strong, positive influence on the future of the association and profession. Participants work together in training sessions that combine individual study with group instruction.
Participation in LeadershipPAR is open to all Realtors® in good standing with PAR and their local association who have a minimum of three years as a Realtor® and have a strong interest in serving as a volunteer leader.

A completed application includes the completed application form, a letter of good standing from your Association Executive/CEO (referencing your application)/endorsement from your local association and a statement of broker support (if applicable).
