Applications for 2027 Leadership Team

The Screening Task Force will review all applications, and candidates will be notified if they are part of the slate no later than the Winter Business Meetings. Campaigning may begin after that notification, and elections will occur at the Fall Business Meetings.

Please allow plenty of time to complete the application and follow all stated submission rules to ensure timely processing.

Line Officer Positions

The position of 2027 treasurer will be elected, and the positions of first vice president and president-elect can be contested.

All candidates for these positions must be endorsed by the local association where they hold primary membership, must have been a Director of PAR for at least one year, must have served in certain other leadership positions at PAR and must have a principal vocation related to real estate.

District Vice President Positions

District vice president positions for odd-numbered districts (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) will be elected.

District vice president candidates must be endorsed by the local association where they hold primary membership and have been a PAR Director for at least one year.

Submitting an Application

Deadline: Nov. 21, 2025

Allow plenty of time to complete the application and follow all stated submission rules. Applicants have the option of saving and continuing the application at a later date.

Note: The progress saved is only available for a maximum of 30 days. Partial submissions will not be recorded and your application will not be submitted if you do not complete all sections.

  1. Review the Officer Screening and Election Policy.
  2. Gather supporting materials such as business history, PAR involvement history and an endorsement letter.
  3. Begin the form and complete all fields.
  4. Agree to the Officer Screening and Election Policy and submit the form to complete this part of the application.
  5. After submitting the application, applicants must complete the background check document that is sent via email. If the background check document is not completed by the submission deadline, the application is considered incomplete. The details of the email are as follows:
