Residential Valuation: Making Sense of Market Value, A BPO Opinion Course

This course is designed for real estate salespersons, which will raise knowledge and competence in the valuation of residential real estate and satisfy the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission’s requirements for a BPO course.

This class will help salespersons better serve both buyers and sellers. We will review fundamental appraisal concepts, including all three approaches to value. The class will include a discussion of all applicable laws, processes, and procedures surrounding the valuation of real property. The class will review comparative market analyses and broker-price opinions.
