This course, led by Cumberland County and the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, will cover zoning origins and history, zoning in Pennsylvania, including authority from municipalities’ planning code, a visual tour of zoning in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties, zoning from real estate licensees’ perspectives, contemporary zoning ideas including mixed use and overlay districts, plus much more.
