This is a “New Agent” CE course (post-licensing education requirement in PA).

The new agent general course covers duties of licensees, closing costs, agreements of sale, title reports, zoning, agency relationships and representation agreements, environmental concerns and more.

When taken with the 7-hour Residential or Commercial New Agent Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for licensees taking continuing education for the first time.
