Fundamentals of Deeds and Recording will cover the history of land transfers, surface, sub-surface and air-rights, encumbrances and water rights, what is real versus personal property fixtures, and trade fixtures. The course will also clarify methods of taking title, co-ownership, types of deeds, and the process of recording deeds.
