This course will raise knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting the Agreement of Sale and the various addenda. Termination and release forms and procedures will be discussed along with proper escrow money procedures. The course will cover in-depth discussion of all provisions and rights and responsibilities of sellers, buyers and licensees.
