This course will provide background and training for the NAR Code of Ethics as well as compare and contrast concepts of the Realtor® Code of Ethics and general business ethics. Using case studies, Q&A, and group discussion of fact scenarios, students will identify possible violations of the Code of Ethics and factors considered by hearing panels in procuring cause disputes.
