This course will increase knowledge and competence in preparing and presenting the Exclusive Listing Contract and the Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreements. Transaction licensee contracts will be reviewed, along with the Consumer Notice. The class will cover all provisions and the rights and responsibilities of sellers, buyers and licensees.
