Commercial Module

About this Course

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all salespersons to complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2024-2026 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed between Dec. 1, 2023 and Nov. 30, 2025. The Residential Module is one of the required courses.

The Commercial Module is designed for agents interested in learning more about commercial transactions, including the different types of commercial properties, the contracts and documents used in a commercial transaction, commercial financing, property management considerations and other compliance issues. This course is a great basic foundation for new estate professionals who want to better understand commercial real estate concepts.
