The Advantages of Home Inspections for Licensees and Their Clients

This course will educate licensees on the various types of inspections that a client can request as part of the buying and selling process. This course will outline what the responsibilities of the home inspector are during a home inspection, based upon Pennsylvania Standards of Practice for home inspections, will walk licensees through a general home inspection process from start to finish, and explain what is covered and not covered during a home inspection.
