“I’m hearing from people that talking to clients about what they do and what they charge is still difficult,” says international speaker, award-winning real estate agent and entrepreneur Monica Neubauer. “That’s largely what my session is about – being confident and presenting yourself in the most professional manner that you can, so people can see how good you are.”
With over 20 years of industry experience, Neubauer will teach a session at this year’s Triple Play Realtor® Convention and Trade Expo titled “Working With Buyers: Communication, Compensation and Contracts.” As the speaker, she’ll provide lists and guidance with the LEAP method, teaching Realtors® how to understand client motivations, articulate their services, obtain an agreement and help buyers purchase the right homes.
“The topic is communication, compensation and contracts. We’re going to discuss ways to communicate, ways to get compensated and ways to get the contract with clarity,” she says.
During her session, she’ll show attendees the big picture of the three C’s, structured through the LEAP method – Listen, Explain, Ask, Plan. The session will also provide attendees with the opportunity to engage in group exercises, discuss with others and ask plenty of questions.
“The session is about creating a better structure and a more focused business model.”
Neubauer’s session will take place at Triple Play on Dec. 9, from 9 a.m. to noon. It will offer Pennsylvania Realtors® three continuing education credits. Register for Triple Play online.
